It's always hard to write a review for a chain. We all know how it's going to be, unless you've never had them before. But, that being said, when it comes to eating fast food burgers, you're going to want to lean towards this rather than a restaurant with a window in the side of the building. At least you know here the potatoes started out the day as whole spuds and the beef comes from one animal, rather than being tossed around in a vat and combines. Yum. Not a healthy choice, and you know this when you walk in the door and nearly slide around because the grease basically permeates everything. The burgers are greasy but good, gooey and I've only ever once had the staff mess up my burger. And I'm not even sure what location it was. They're usually pretty on point. Again, if you're out running around and fast and chain is your only option, there's worse places to eat.

Free toppings! That is what keeps me coming back. If you haven't been to a five guys - expect a greasy burger with whatever toppings you want at no additional charge served up fast. Its a flat fast food style burger, but of higher quality meat. You won't feel great after eating one, but it is leaps and bounds better than the stuff you find at mcdonalds... but still - anyone who labels this a "fresh" burger needs to find a real burger place. A "regular" is two burgers - a small is one just as an FYI. The fries you will get are greasy, and served in a very large quantity regardless of the size. If you're with three people, split a large, its more than enough. Thats pretty much what you'll get there. Sure, there are some other options, but I've never seen anyone order them. You can also nosh on some free peanuts while you wait - but I question the cleanliness of them... The cool thing is - if you like five guys - they are really all the same, so enjoy! My complaint is really the price point. For 13 bucks you get a small (single patty) burger, a small (very large small) order of fries and a drink. This should be closer to 10 bucks for what you get... or maybe even reduce the amount of fries to drop the price a bit. Also - the grease. Good luck getting work done after one of these lunches, you'll be dragging.

I love five guys but visiting this one specifically didn't give me that great of an experience. I decided to stop after not eating all day due to job training. My order was wrong the ladies politely fixed it. Just the burger so my fries were cold by then. As I got home and was eating the burger I found hair in my food. I won't be visiting this five guys again but the chain has great food. Whenever I have a craving for a burger five guys usually satisfies. I recommend trying the food to see for yourself. Just maybe at a different location.

Drippy, cheese-laden, affordable, and stacked - she delivered on all promises. The burger was good, the service was brisk, and the clientele looked like they knew a good double chee'. If you are looking for a quick heart attack that would put a McD's quarterpounder to shame, this is your place.

Great food and service. This location is not trying to retire on French fries. As the sign says," ....an enormous pile of hand-cut fries"".

As far as a good, fast food burger goes: you want Five Guys. Five Guys presents a menu of what local farm your beef comes from. You can tailor your burger to your desires every time. This is not a cheap place though for a fast food burger. You might walk out with two burgers and a small fry and be spending $20+. However, it is worth it. The burger will be of good quality. They do burgers and fries. That's it. Nothing else is on their menu. Around the corner is Z Burger. If you are debating between these two places for burgers the big difference is this: Five Guys presents an excellent burger that is heavy and loaded with glorious extras. Z Burger offer turkey burgers, veggie burgers and has a "sides" and milkshake menu that amazingly extensive which are very good. Five guys does Burgers and Fries. Nothing else. If you have a pescatarian or vegetarian friend with you go to Z burger. If not, pick Five Guys over Z Burger. Five Guys makes a better burger. Z Burger will give you more variety for a wider range of customers.

Went with a colleague on his first trip to US. He wanted a burger and some others said they like 5 guys so we stopped in. I like 5 guys but really don't see the burgers as special. The fries however are delicious! My colleague agreed and said the buns were terrible and if they upped that the burger would be more enjoyable. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Good quality burgers. They take a little long around the lunch hour, but that's to be expected in the corporate White Marsh area. Their fries are phenomenal. The thing that most impresses me about them is their lack of normal advertising. They just go by word of mouth. I had never even heard of them until I once lived in PA. And then I came to find out they were a chain. Just goes to show you how great their food must be, cause everyone must be talking!

These are great burgers served by really nice people. We have been to many five guys and this is by far one of the very best. Keep it up guys! Worth the stop.

I've eaten here many, many times. The food is simple yet solid. Wish they had the option of something other than just American cheese on your burger or hot dog and that all burgers weren't well done. Some of us like a nice medium to medium rare. Beyond that, the service is friendly and fast, prices are OK for what you get. They have some of the best tasting fries but wish they weren't cut so small. Hot dogs are juicy and the bacon on the cheese dog is very crispy. They need to have an option for a foot long dog though. Don't get me wrong this is a great place, I just think its a little hard to believe it should be considered the "fine dining of the fast food burger." as they like to put it. A few improvements could earn an additional star.

Yum! I love Five Guys. I read somewhere that it's one of the fastest growing fast food places and for good reason. I love how many toppings you can get on your burger (for free) and I always get the cajun fries. My go-to burger is the little bacon cheeseburger with jalepenos (fresh, not pickled), A1 sauce, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and pickles. I also like how they offer malt vinegar to sprinkle on the french fries - especially because the fries here are stubby and thick-cut. However, since it's a chain restaurant, these aren't qualities specific to this location. For a more "personalized" review, I'd say that this particular location is okay. It's in a convenient location - surrounded by Target and Best Buy and Lowes, so you can grab food while you're running errands. Seems like at the moment, the entire place is being staffed by teenage boys who are most likely on summer break. They were relatively attentive and my burger was made well.

WARNING! Your burger will most likely come apart, regardless of what you put on it. Two beef patties(One for a "little") with the cheese immaculately melted across and in between. An everything burger here is blissful. This also justifies NEVER eating at a McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Red Robin, Checkers, or Ruby Tuesday again.... Sonic still gets a pass... Too bad I can't take peanuts with me...No one has to know. PS, never tried the Hot Dogs, but haven't heard any bad about them either.

Every Five Guys is a franchise but this one is great! I eat here instead of the one on Waltham Woods Rd because they serve great food. Lots of fries, for a small fry and lots of condiments on your burger. Worth your time and money. Also, fast service.

Whoa! This is one place that lives up to the hype. The loaded bacon cheeseburger is amazing. Definitely the best fastfood burger out there.

This place has killer burgers and fries!!! You pick which burger you want to start with and then pick wich of the 15 free other toppings you want on it. There fries are fresh cut with the skins still on it. They have boxes of peanuts for you to munch on while you wait (free). We went there once before and got the bacon cheeseburger. it was big so tonight we are getting the little ones.
